My Nan was a Lovely lady who sadly lost her husband in 1960 and over the years she has sadly lost 5 of her 14 children

She had 14 children 8 Girls & 6 Boys but sadly 5 have past away Christine, Florence, Jackie, Tony (my Dad) & Jean

She was known for helping & baking

She lived in Braford for most of her life till 1997 when we moved to lancaster & lived there for a year before moving to Morecambe.
My Nan lived with us all our life until she got too ill & was moved back to Bradford

She had lovely soft skin and white curly hair her eyes were blue & her smile was the sun shine

My Nan was a loving Wife, Mum, Nan, Sister, Auntie Cousin & Friend

She came from a big family & had a big family herself

If you ever lost my Nan you could always find her in one of the bingo halls she loved her bingo but not has much has she loved her family

My nan used to go on holiday to Morecambe for 2 weeks then a week in Wales

The song i picked reminds me of my nan when she used to listen to it & it reminds me that we'll meet again

Sadly missed gone but never forgotten Forever in my heart

A rose once grew
where all could see,
sheltered beside
a garden wall,
And as the days passed
swiftly by,
it spread its branches, straight and tall...

One day, a beam of light
shone through
a crevice that had
opened wide ~
The rose bent gently
toward its warmth
then passed beyond
to the other side

Now, you who deeply
feel its loss,
be comforted ~ the rose blooms there ~
its beauty even greater now,
nurtured by
God's own loving care.
